6 Tips to Healthy Glowing Skin

1. Cleanse
Always wash makeup off before going to bed as excess makeup and debris will cause the pores to clog. Massage into the skin using gentle, circular movements then remove with a damp cloth or wash off with warm water.

2. Exfoliate
Exfoliating will remove dead skin cells, reduce congestion and allow your products to work more effectively. We recommend the following:

Normal/dry skin: once a week
Oily/combination skin: every 2 weeks
Delicate/sensitive skin: every 7-10 days by mixing an exfoliating facial scrub with a creamy cleanser

3. Tone
Toning will remove any excess cleanser, close your pores and rebalance the skin’s pH from the water. Pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and massage in.

4. Apply serum
Serums have powerful effects on the skin as they have much smaller molecules than a moisturiser and are therefore able to penetrate the skin much deeper. Serums should be applied before your moisturiser unless stated otherwise.

5. Hydrate the eye area
If you’re over 30, we recommend using an eye cream to keep the delicate area hydrated, protected and looking youthful. Use a grain of rice amount per eye and gently pat in around the socket. As the skin in this area is so delicate, too much cream applied too closely to the eye can result in puffiness.

6. Moisturise
Using the correct moisturiser morning and evening will protect your skin against daily environmental aggressions, provide essential hydration and help to address your specific skin concerns.
