Every peel begins with a comprehensive skin consultation, allowing us to select the perfect treatment for your skin's needs. Whether your goal is clearer skin, brighter pigmentation, smoother texture or a more youthful complexion, your peel will be expertly tailored to deliver the safest and most effective results.

Want to upgrade your existing facial. We can add any peel to give even more powerful treatments. This will be an extra cost and add on an extra 10-15 minutes per facial depending on the peel. 

 

Before Your Chemical Peel

To ensure the safest treatment and achieve the very best results, please read the following guidance before your appointment.

Who is not suitable for a Chemical Peel?

Chemical peels are not recommended if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Have had significant sun exposure within the last 24 hours or plan prolonged sun exposure within 7 days after treatment.

  • Have an active skin infection, cold sore or open wound in the treatment area.

  • Have very sensitive or highly reactive skin.

  • Have any active skin conditions, inflammation, rashes or allergic reactions affecting the treatment area.

  • Are currently taking Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) or have taken it within the last 6 months.

Preparing for Your Treatment

For the best possible outcome, we recommend that you:

  • Avoid chemical peels or resurfacing treatments for 3–4 weeks before your appointment.

  • Stop using exfoliating acids, retinoids or other potentially irritating skincare products for 5–7 days prior to treatment (your therapist will advise if longer is required).

  • Avoid waxing, threading, shaving or hair removal on the treatment area for 24 hours before your peel.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Attend your consultation so your therapist can assess your skin, explain the treatment and provide personalised pre- and post-care advice.

After Your Chemical Peel

Proper aftercare is essential to achieve the best results and protect your skin while it renews.

For the first 7 days, we recommend:

  • Avoid direct sunlight and always wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily.

  • Avoid vigorous exercise, saunas and excessive heat for 24 hours.

  • Do not pick, peel or remove any flaking skin—allow it to shed naturally.

  • Avoid waxing, shaving or other hair removal treatments on the treated area until your skin has fully recovered.

  • Mineral make-up may be applied after approximately 30 minutes, if recommended by your therapist.

Recommended Treatment Course

For optimum, long-lasting results we recommend a course of treatments tailored to your skin concerns.

  • Expert Lab Chemical Peels: A course of 3–6 treatments, performed every 2–4 weeks.

  • AOX System Antioxidant Peel: A course of 3 treatments, performed once a week.

Your therapist will recommend the most suitable treatment plan and homecare routine to help you achieve healthier, brighter and more radiant skin.
